You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

5. Permit Services

TradesClaw acts as an agent to assist with permit preparation and submission. We do not guarantee permit approval. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for compliance with all applicable regulations. Government filing fees are separate from our service fees and remain your responsibility.

6. AI Agent Services

TradesClaw provides AI-powered agents for tasks including call answering, lead management, scheduling, and more. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information or actions produced by our AI agents.

7. Fees & Payments

Service fees will be disclosed before any charges are incurred. All payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Government fees associated with permit filings are separate obligations and are your responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the TradesClaw platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by Alphaxai Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphaxai Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
